I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at Serafina. It included a nice variety of proteins. The subway stop is conveniently outside. The staff was very courteous to EVERY guest.

The staff demonstrated constant friendliness and helpfulness. I received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The breakfast had fresh fruit and a pleasant dining environment (the coffee was great!).

i found the location very convenient. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with directions. breakfast was a simple buffet, but it was satisfying (i liked the fresh fruit selection).
my room faced a busy street, and i noticed some street noise at night. the bathroom was quite small, it was a bit difficult to move around in. the closet space was limited, i struggled to fit all my clothes in it.
